Project Highlights
- Extensive masonry work done to support the roof structure
- Added new front entrance, rear man door, and 16 windows all requiring new penetrations through the existing CMU walls.
- Extensive saw cutting for the new layout of exam rooms, restrooms, and breakrooms.
- Front Facade was partially removed to create new look for the building.
- Extensive demolition was required revealing severely damaged substrate. All substrate was removed and replaced.
- Significant HVAC and electrical upgrades were required as well as upsizing the gas meter.
